Pls. Help, About Breaking In My New Vixion Block 57mm

Please help for those who are veterans here in breakin in a new cylinder block.



i just bought a new block (genuine vixion 57mm) and i want to know how to break in it properly bcoz im confused , some say go for a hard break in and some said go for soft break in. i just recently read some topics about break in but im still confused. Please Help!.



I just crashed my faito 61mm thats why im still nervous in doing such a thing.
