Coolant Change.

Hi guys just had my Yamaha 135 bike coolant flush out and top up new coolant. I asked the mehanic if he mix 1:1 with water but he said no need. He just fill up with Yamaha coolant.

Is it okay to use the coolant this way? Thks for ur help.
