Cms 22t 4th Gear Vs. Stock 4th Gear.. Which Is Better?

Hello everyone.. Im wondering if it is good to upgrade 4th gear tranny to 22t cms.. Anyone tried this mods?. Is the performance better?. TIA! Lets brainstorm!
