Stock Block And Piston Vs Big Bore Kit

Hello guys, i'm new here! And i have a question, i just bought a second hand bike and i do not know if my block and piston are stock or modified one. So here's my qn, is there any way i can know if they're stock or modified without going to a mechanic? Thanks in advance guys!
