Cdi Unit For Sniper Classic & Sniper Mx

Good day fellow members. I need clarification. Is the CDI (Capacitor Discharge Ignition) unit used for our Sniper Classic and Mx one and the same in technical spec and power output? Can we use the Mx cdi for the Classic or vice versa?
