Weird Sound From The Cyl.head When Engine Is Hot And Radiator Fan Does Not Turn On Even After A Ride

i wonder what causes the weird sound inside the cyl.head when the engine is hot? do you have any idea regarding this? it sounds like 2 metals scratching together. please help.



and another problem, the radiator fan doesn't activate even after a ride. what causes this? thanks and more power!
