Rpm Gauge

plz help, i buy an rpm gauge and when im stalling the rpm gauge in our mc, my bike was not at the good tune, i think it was in electrical shortage, and when i full rev. the rpm gauge was in the 6 and goes down and up. plzzz help TIA
