Can It Be Possible Block Has A Knocking Sound

we replaced the con rod with an oem parts.but still some knocking sound plak p[lak plak.the chain is good and the head is ok .but we havent try to replaced the block.can it be possibe block has to do with that knocking soun.weve checked also the cluth assembly and the other side of the magneto.im using 62mm uma.can it be possible that the block can do some noise.thanks pls help masters
