Another Electrical Problem

Seems like during rainy season electrical problems are common with our MC..nways my latest electrical problem is that my RED INDICATOR LIGHT on my dash board lights up when I engaged by brakes either front or rear...what could be the cause of the problem? Does my dead battery is causing this? I already disconnected my HID and still persist. TIA
