Air Cleaner Substitute For My 135 Moto?

Can I ask for some suggestions as to what possible ways I could substitute air filters on my moto? My stock air filter I think is just 70-80 percent air flow efficient. I want to improve it to atleast 95%.. Some are saying strippers stockings will do but I'm worried about the dust contamination on the engine... Any expert out there?
