Led Headlights/smoked Lens

guys i just wanna ask what is the best LED headlight? coz before i was using HID and my battery gets easily busted. now i'm on stock bulb and trying to figure it out which is the best LED headlight. I saw in the shops there's this kind of usb type headlight, the tri led, and the round thing then got 3 leds and the other round thing with 5 leds..i wonder which best fits my snipy classic..



and with the smoked lens, anyone here knows how to smoke the lens? particularly in cebu who knows someone...
