Please Help

good day sirs... i have a problem on my smx... i seems that my smx engine got some issues.. its hard for me to reach 105kph even in cemented and even roads.. when shifting to 4th gear i can only reach 100kph and its not even consistent.. then when shifting to 5th gear my speed will go down and could only reach 100kph in a semi steep road... please help me diagnose this problem..
