62mm Bore Should I Go For The Shark 6mm Jack Up? I'm After On The Top Speed

Hi, I'm wondering if I should go for the shark 6mm jack up?

I'm currently on a 62mm bore if I go for the 6mm Jackup will my topspeed increase?
since the 6mm jackup increases stroke I will lose RPM but gain more torque.

will I go for the stroke increase or go for bigger bore? Thanks
