Spoke Rims With Tubeless Tyres?

I would like to change my rims to spoked ones. I understand with a spoked rim, we'll need to use tubed tyres. Is there any way that we can use the tubeless tyres instead? And is it safe? Cos i prefer using tubeless tyres..
