Sprocket Combination For Sniper Classic..

Guys I need your help..I recently changed my sprocket combination from 14-39 to 15-41..now, the problem here is instead of attaining the outcome of good acceleration and top, my expectation wasn't attained..what could be the problem?did I chose the wrong sprocket combination?
