Help Regarding With My Spark Plug

A pleasant day guys!

i was having trouble with my SNIPER 135 HC

it seems that every time i kick start it!the spark plug always getting wet by the gas

i,ve tried all the adjustment in a/f mixture(i dont know also what the correct adjustment in a/f mixture i just listen to it and i was confuse by those two adjustment ) every time i kick start in the morning i need to clean and adjust again please help!

please help me i really dont know what to do! HIRAP MAG ENGLES!
