Carb Problem

To all experts, what seems to be problem on my mx's carb, whenever I blip the throttle it chokes before revving. I used to tune my carb myself, but I just brought my mx in for tune up and the mech also tuned the carb. I dont know I'm probably just lazy to retune my carb. Hehe . I just need a clear answer on this one. Thank you mga master!
