Help! Power Loss In 5th Gear Smx :(

I need help from the masters, here's the scenario, my sniper mx is semi-loaded, BRT dualband, uma cam, vixion v-springs, port&polish, leo vince corsa CF, 14/40 sprocket combi, 80/80 F, 100/80 R both FDR XR-Evo, I'm about 60kg. My bike runs fine from 1st to 4th gear, but when I get into 5th it won't get past 115kph on the speedo. I've tried variations of shifting style, even letting 4th gear reach about 105ph before shifting, still when it reaches 115kph it seems like the needle gets a lot...
