T135 Upgrade For 30hp

i want to make my t135 30hp on the wheel....i will upgrade with uma cyilnder 62mm,uma superhead in/23 ex/20,uma racing camshaft, tjr crankshaft 66mm,k&n performance filter,k&n cold intake,yoshimura tri oval exhaust,lighten flywheel,uma carburetor 34mm,ngk iridium spark plug,uma racing magneto....do i have any chance to get 30hp on the wheel with these upgrades?
