Wide Magwheel for Sniper

Sir, where can I buy a wide profile magwheel for my sniper? I saw a lot of it in Bulacan. The 3 spoked one. And how much? Do i need to cahnge my swing arm and T-post to accomodate such mags? I saw that kind of magwheel here at the site.
