Spark Plug Burn

Just want to ask or humble opinions regarding my spark plug burn... b4 my jettings to my 28mm carb is 120/40 and upon checking my sp I found out dat my sp burn is dark and oily.. in short "rich".. den I changed my jettings to 115/38... after running it for 15mins.. here's d result.. pls pm me ur feed back guys.. is it still rich or good?? TIA!!
