Other Cause Of Oil/coolant Mix

posting for a friend.. I already change head gasket and reface head ang block.. And also change the water pump seal set.. But still oil and coolant is mixing.. What is the other cause of this problem?



Engine set is shark 65 bore and 22/24 head
