Any Recommend For 72mm Bigbore Kit

Hi,I'm thinking to install this 72mm block kit to my lc135 5s and upgrade my crankshaft to faito crankshaft for LC135 5s + change the bigger conrod for reliable,but I dont know if I install it with 12.8 compression ratio,will it can use the electric starter ?or I have to install with lower compression ratio.
