Yy Pang For Sniper Mx

hi guys.. im planning to buy a yy pang exhaust for my sniper mx.. is it ok to install that in a stock engine bike>? or do i have to modify the engine first before i can use it?.. and by the way how do you find yy pang? especially the sound of it and the performance.. thanks
